I have been told that I have a low platelet count (at one prenatal visit it was 135 the next time it was 105) I have to see a hematologist next month to see if it is something other than pregnancy causing this... but I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

so I am now 10 weeks preggo and i am pretty naushious most of the time, but it gets worse in the evening/night time. I am not puking, and have tired a few thing inc taking vit B6.... nothing seems to be working well... does anyone have any tips or tricks that worked for them?
