Any CF males out there reaping the benefits of this whole I guess in that way its cool, but if you want to do things with your girlfriend that are fun (if you know what i mean) then its not great. nothing comes out :/

I havent had any treatment in 5 years. The docs say i must have cystic fibrosis mild. But now ive noticed ive lost alot of weight over this time... So its a slow effect i think.

I feel so insecure, my ex girlfriend is still seeing me but has had experiences with other guys. Now she has noticed they ejaculate alot more than me. I feel like im not as good as other guys now. is there anyway to be able to ejaculate like the average guy?
