    My name is Jen I'm a girl I'm 38 I live in Ohio I was diagnosed at 9 weeks with failure to thrive I weigh around 120 and I'm 5'1' My PFTs are in the high 70's at the moment I recently got a medport and just got off two back to back courses of IVs I have a thing for my family I am happily married...

    sedation for a PICC line

    Heather, you know how I feel about this and I'm 38!!! PICC lines and ports are invasive... period. They should be doing sedation for them as a standard, especially for a little one like Alyssa (maybe even for wimpy adults like me!) I hope she feels better soon. I feel for her, PICCs are no fun...
