I don't think green automatically means pseudomonas. I am colonized with Steno and mine is daily green of some shade too. And I think Deb was prob right too about it being and old mucus plug. They can come out in thick gelatinous type blobs. Jen 41 w/cf

What is *normal* for you in regard to daily amount and color of sputum when you are not "sick"?  I cough up a fair amount everyday and it is usually always greenish...sometimes lighter sometimes dark.  At times I am just like "alright...enough already!!!" ;-)<br><br>Jen 41 w/cf, mom of 4 (1...

Thanks to all of you for your replies.  After a month now of being on it, it has been nothing short of a nightmare!!  And I have been on Lovenox all of this time with the exception of maybe 4 days.  I even got a hematoma from the injections :-P  My levels finally went therapeutic, then...
