    Heading back to 60+ FEV1 from 26.

    Great! I'm doing the same thing, but at this point I am aiming for 50% from being 25-30% for a few years. So far I have made some big changes related to diet and daily exercise (treadmill for 40 mins every morning without fail).<div><br></div><div>Very keen I hear your progress and any tips...
