My son just takes the liquid Cipro by mouth. I just squirt it in with a syringe. I stand in front of him and hold his chin, tilt his head just a bit and squirt it in his mouth in one quick motion as carefully as I can. Of course his dosage was upped the last time so I had to do that twice...
