    FitBit

    I have a FitBit and I really love it. I have the Charge2. I originally had a Charge and I was able to really apply it in my daily life and become more fit. I am a mom to a CFer and my young man with CF (12) really wants one.

    Anyone get a copy of their PFTs at clinic visits?

    They can give you a copy. Per HIPAA regulations they need only remove any protected health information (PHI) from the report. I ask for a receive copies of mine at each clinic visit. They have attempted refusal, I remind them of HIPAA and they give me a report with all PHI blacked out...
