Don't want to depress you but have you been tested for diabetes? Being thirsty all the time is a symptom. My daughter was diagnosed CFRD last year. She used to feel tired all the time. Even now she is on insulin tablets she still gets like that if her sugar levels are all wrong. Hope this helps.
