I use my Vest 3 x a day and my PEP all through out the day. Anytime I feel congestion building I grab the PEP. I love both of these things.

My baseline is around 40%, although since being on Kalydeco I now run at a 55% baseline. My lowest was 28% no oxygen. I am 6 foot and weigh 190lbs.

I have have also gained weight due to Kalydeco +18 pounds so far

I take 5,000 units daily every morning with my breakfast. My last vitamin D level was just right. I absorb the D only if I take it with a full meal and with my enzymes.
