I used to care for 2 little girls with CF - in addition to lots of liquid & walks, miralax etc : we also used Sunsweet whole prunes in liquid/ syrup - worked much better than juice - ( remove the pit!) which I cut into smaller pieces - 5 or 6 do it for adults, 2 or 3 or 4 for a child depending...
