    6 PACK ABS!!!!

    Well I got a six pack when I started running. Right now I'm a freshman at Oklahoma city univ and I run track there, so in case you were wondering a CFer can play college sports. I have found that running, plus doing six inches and "v" ups ( which is where you lift your torso and bring your knees...

    thanks for the info it helps alot, I run the 400 m (47 secs) and the 200 ( 21.3 secs) I use to run the 800m and the mile but slowly I got quicker plus short distances require less breathing since short distances muscles are more anaerobic.
