Actually, I was thinking about Cayston, which is actually aztreonam. But I believe you can still try mixing Colistin without a syringe. Good luck.

I was surprised to hear that people are using syringes for this. Everyone I know takes the cap off squirts the sailing in and puts the cap back on and shakes it up. We've never had a problem with foaming just from the mixing. Perhaps try it without The syringe and see how it goes.
