I agree with Sean ..... it's out there and you'll pick it up probably sooner rather than later. I'm 28 and had it for about 15 years - hasn't caused me any major probs. I work hard at keeping well. Preparing for my another 10k race at the moment and working on a time of around 50 minutes...

I swim most days and go to the gym a couple of times a week. Plus I exercise my dogs twice a day.
