except for my cough and pale skin i don't look like i have cf-i don't think anyway....i wouldn't say i'm "skinny" just normal weight, 5feet and about 128-132 pounds-it kinda fluctuates and i could probably stand to lose some. i guess i have a more raspy voice too from coughing and such.

i have a vest, acapella, flutter, and a pep. my personal preference is the vest, i think it works the best for me and i always travel with it except for two trips out of the country when i wasn't sure about the wattage exchange etc with the outlets. didn't want to risk blowing myself up or...

i do 10ml of saline and 5ml of heparin. and same as sevenstars i access it once a month and flush it even if i'm not doing IVs. i think thats what (with most ports) you're supposed to do to make sure there isn't a clot or anything-just general maintenance.
