Would you believe that I have NO IDEA what my blood type is? I asked my doctors and they don't know. I asked them to test it, and they said that there is no reason to do so unless there is a problem. So I couldn't tell ya!

Agree with all. FYI, many people with Type 2 diabetes are encouraged to exercise as part of their non-insulin treatment plan, along with dietary changes, etc. Exercise has a direct positive effect on blood sugars.

Over my life, my lowest has been 46% and highest 105%. When I get sick, they drop. I do my meds/treatments, they slowly come back up. Then I get sick again and they drop again. For me, it's one of indicators of a bacterial flareup, along with drop in Pulse Ox, changes in cough and sputum...
