For those with ports...Normaly we are in hospital once a year, twice is the most. Is a port something that would be feiseable (sp?) for him? Or should we stick with the PICC lines? This is the first time we are going to have to take iv antibiotics home.

No he doesnt have a port. I asked about one so it would be easier for him to be a kid but they kind of brushed it off. I guess as of right now the PICC line drugs will only be like a couple weeks at home then oral, but we know how that can change in a second. I am guessing they dont want to do a...
