YES!! I always wondering if this was a problem for anyone else. It mostly bothers me in the winter when my skin is extra dry. I try to make sure to put lotion (cetaphil was recommended by my dermatologist) on my back daily, and I don't wear sweaters when doing my vest. Hope this helps!
