    Just an update - our sweat test came back very promising. His chloride level was 7 and his sodium level was 13. I feel pretty confident that he doesn't have CF with these numbers, but when I do his follow-up visit with the pediatrician I will ask about further testing. I feel very relieved...

    Thanks everyone for all of your kind replies. We were able to get in for the sweat test this morning - and now we are waiting for results. When my doc calls me with the results, I will ask him to prescribe the Ambry test regardless of the sweat test outcome. I couldn't request it at the...
