I started on 7% back in sept and have been on it ever since. I do notice that if and when I cough stuff up now it is alot more slimy and thinner so I know its working. I have been very happy with the 7%.

Im confused can someone help me on this one. I heard that distilled water can carry B Cepiea some times and I drink bottled water all the time and use it to rinse my sinius out, is this the same?
