    Home schooling...advice?

    I really only meant to say that you don't need to teach 8 hours a day and, in fact, that would be too much. But, hey, if it sparked a new possibility for you, great! Good luck with everything.

    Ouch...painful BM's

    Some things that might help: Sea salt glyconutrients coconut oil bananas fruit juices (especially apple-banana, a flavor from Juicy Juice) Gelatin (put a packet in a glass of hot water, add a little fruit juice and drink it) Magnesium supplements Good luck with this.
