I have had accupuncture for issues unrelated to CF. Mostly for neck pain associated with a car accident. I also had it again recently when I was in the hospital giving birth to Emma.
In my experience it is WONDERFUL when used to help relieve pain.

Sorry to hear about the diagnosis, but at least you know and are able to proactively treat her.
As far as precautions... I would suggest getting bottles of hand sanitizer. Whenever someone wants to hold my baby girl, I hand them a bottle of sanitizer before they can hold her. Water isn't...
