Does anyone know how I can obtain a fee waiver for the ACT. I am 17 and I have Cystic Fibrosis. I have no way to pay for the SAT or ACT my mom makes enough money that I can't get the low income fee waiver. But due to her spending habits and the fact that things haven't/arent going well lately...
