I don't know about Tobramycin, although I do take it, but I've had muscle twitches since I was a teenager. Doctors I've spoken to have always chalked it up to taking Albuterol 2-3 times a day for a lifetime. Are you talking about seizures or twitches? There's a big difference between the two.

I'm not sure about Narcolepsy, but my doctor who specializes in both CF and sleep disordered breathing told me that up to 25% of people with CF also have sleep apnea, of which I was recently diagnosed. It couldn't hurt to bring it up next time you see your doctor.
