I'd wake up in the morning with headaches or be fuzzy headed in the morning. I didn't feel well rested. It would take me AGES to actually feel ready for the day, like a few hours.

Sounds like you are blocked. I had the *exact* same symptoms as you, and was really surprised by how impacted I actually was. I also had normal and regular bowel motions, which was why I was so surprised.
