My son is nebulizing saline solution and we are going to Disney for a week. At home I boil his nebs for 10 minutes but I'm not sure what to do while travelling.
How do you sterilize your nebs? Especially when travelling?

Since my clinic is out of town, I call the ped when we need antibiotics. I have noticed that the cf doc usually prescribes antibiotics for 3 weeks and my ped for only a week. You could ask the clinic about the course of treatment and if they would make any adjustments.

My best advice is to do everything just the same for you child with cf as though he didn't have cf. Well, except treatments obviously and add lots of hand washing.
