I'm on TOBI every other month, and it almost always makes me feel crappy - shortness of breath, headache, congestion, etc. I always just tough it out, but I was actually just wondering if it would be better to not use it?

I've read about some transplant centers requiring a physical therapy regimen leading up to transplant. My center doesn't require one and didn't give me any specific guidelines, but I was wondering if anyone else could tell me what they have done? I'd like to do something while I'm waiting...

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I guess that's kind of why my doctors are so vague. It's good to read about so many people doing so well though.
