14 yr with CF recuperating from spinal fusion surgery

Looking for anyone who has CF that has also had spinal fusion surgery too.  She was admitted 1 week prior to surgery & then remained there for almost a month. Finally came home on oxygen at night, but having a hard time recuperating.  Her FEV1 before surgery was 45, and after surgery is 31.  Long road ahead, but curious if anyone is going through the same thing we are.  Thank you.
