Really the advice is to use it twice a day no matter what. I am mild and I aim for twice a day but usually its just once a day. For a long time I didn't do the vest at all. I had it here, just didn't use it because I feel it is ineffective for me. But when I started the hypertonic saline I found the combo of vest and HS to give me the most benefit so now I use it. I don't see the problem with using it once a day if you are doing ok.
