My son has the mutation 621+1G->T and Delta f508. I have been told that that genotypes do not indicate phenotypes. However, I have also been told this mutation has more GI issues.

Nonetheless, I'd love to know about those who have this mutation. I have actually started a blog to keep in touch with those who have it. I'd be nice to swap stories!
