It's certainly has a lot of alphabetical entries, but there is only one article linked per topic. The header at the top of the page says that it is frequently updated, but I can't find any article on there that is dated after 2001, and I know there have been CF studies of many different types there.

Still, it's a useful resource, just not an all-encompassing or completely comprehensive one.
