Just in case you have not read the other posts about alternatives to surgery, I would go back and take a look at what alse has been added to the thread you started. I have a lot of experience with this issue, several polyp surgery's later. I've been able to drastically reduce sinus infections, sinus headaches and get rid of that awful smell associated with chronic sinus problems with the actions I have taken.
