I cant figure out how to add a simple JPG (photo) on any of these forum can anyone help me?.

Adding photos?

First, you need to upload your photo(s) to an image hosting website such as Photobucket, Snapfish or Flckr. I'm sure there are plenty others as well. On the image hosting website , copy the HTML code (I believe, if not then the IMG code) There should be a picture icon above the text box in which you are typing your message on this website. Click the picture icon and a box should pop up that says "Insert Image/Edit Image. Paste the photo where it says "Image URL" and Press Insert. You can adjust the size.
You can't upload photos directly from your computer. Hopefully this helped you a little bit. If not, maybe someone else here can explain it better than I can <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
