Another newbie plus Eflow rapid nebulizer question

Hi all, I'm another rookie to this board. I've been lurking for several days; my impression is that you're all refreshingly deranged. I got a double lung transplant almost 7 years ago when I was 23. I've had mostly good health since then, amazing compared to before the tx...So, recently I got an infection and have to do Tobi nebs for a couple weeks; easy right? But I've been out of the nebulizer loop for so long that I don't know what's good. I got a Proneb Ultra compressor and a Pari LC plus neb. But I was checking the Pari site, http://www.pari.de/, and they have this thing called eFlow rapid, that supposedly takes the time down from 15 minutes to 3-6 minutes. Does anyone in the U.S. have it? Does it work for Tobi? Where did you get it? Thanks. Looking forward to getting better acqainted. -Alex

I think you'll need to get one through your doctor because you'll need to find a pharmacy to get the meds specially formulated for that neb. You can't just take regular TOBI you'd use in a different neb and put it in the eFlow.
