I am going to e-mail the bone specialist at the Cleveland Clinic. He gave me his e-mail address and told me to e-mail anytime with questions. I am very confused about the best treatment for osteoporosis and the right Vit. D and calcium to take. So if you all can think of any good questions to add....please chime in. I will post my e-mail and his response on a blog.
