Back Pain?

I had a bit of an allergic reaction last Friday when I got my allergy shot. It wasn't immediate - my arm starting getting itchy several hours later and then it kind of "welped" up. Over the weekend it got a little bit of a knot in there, but it went away by Sunday evening. I didn't call my dr about it, since it went away. Well, I've had a lower back pain since then. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, or if lower back pain can be part of a reaction? I don't recall hurting myself or anything like that. The weather was pretty bad around the weekend, so I didn't do much exercising or anything.

I did some research online, but I couldn't find anything. The pain kind of feels like there's a knot back there too, but when you touch it or look at it, there's nothing there. No redness or anything like that.

I'm going to say something to dr tomorrow when I go back for my next shot, but I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on this?

Thanks!
