Being on Disability and Working

I am currently living in California and am on disability. I only get about $860 which is extremely hard to live on. I have heard of people getting disability and working part time. Does anyone have experience with this, or know more about the California disability system. Any information would be helpful.

Assuming you're talking about SSDI and not SSI, the same rules apply in every state. The maximum amount you can make working is approximately $1,000/month before you lose benefits.
