It was hard to do but I didn't drink any until late pregnancy. When I did start to drink it I found it didn't help my fatigue much anyway. I mainly drank it to sooth my throat and open my lungs a bit.

I am a coffee addict, but about 1 month before our IVF, I stopped drinking it. I think I had 6 cups my entire pregnancy (it's hard!!!) and didn't start again until after I was done breastfeeding.

Just one more stimulant a baby doesn't need in my opinion...

I still have my 1 cup of coffee a day. They say up to 2 cups is really fine. I really found it hard to give up. I was used to having 3+ cups a day (of coffee, coke, etc) before getting pregnant. I still get my Starbucks on occasion, just the decaf version. I can't wait to be able to drink lots again <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
