Brazilian Banana Acai Smoothie

Sounds like a mouthful but has some great superfoods and anitoxidants in this awesome smoothie!

2 Bananas
1/2 Cup of frozen Acai
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (other berries ok to add)
1/4 Cup Brazil Nuts (adds calories and smoothness) Lots of selenium- good for us CF'rs)
1/2 Cup Fruit Juice - apple or grape - No high fructose though
2 TBL Chia Seeds - great for omega 3's and gives a fun crunch to smoothie
2 TBL of protein ( RIce, hemp or Pea is best) - balances out all the carbs
2 Tbl Coconut Milk Cream (for calories and smoothness)
1/2 Cup Ice ( use frozen yogurt or sorbet instead if desired).

Blend in blender and enjoy the rush of superfoods and anitoxidants!
