I am considering trying some new things to boost my PFT's and my overall strength and how I feel. Does anyone swim as a form of excersize? Have you found that it is helpful CF wise?
Swimming is great exercise. I'm assuming this is indoor swimming, unless you are from a different country. However, just a heads up ... You should never swim in a pond because of the organisms that grow in there.
Swimming in the ocean guess its best due to the salt of the water. Its like swimming in hypertonic saline! Im from Greece and swimming in summer months makes a difference in my health every year! It gives me less mucus and more energy. I feel better overall.
