I reaaally appreciate everyone helping me with suggestions and info. The idea about moving abroad has been one I've been looking into alot lately. I think NZ might be a good choice, due to their seemingly "foreigner-friendly" work visa requirements and health care policies, but I need to research that a bit more. I would move assets out of my name and do it that way, however, I really don't have any. I have the job and that's pretty much it. They don't know I have cf and I recently started to refrain from telling prospective employers of my cf for fear of being excluded on that basis alone. I am in an industry in which respiratory issues are an instant blackball. I think what I will do is wait to do anything drastic until this health care thing starts to kick in and see what that brings. Maybe this will be a non-issue for everyone in a few years with Obama-care and the recent VX-770 developments. Wishful thinking maybe. lotta "ifs", as they say. We shall see.
