CF Questionaire by Genentech

Hi CFer's and caregivers

I just filled out an anonymous questionaire by GENENTECH - makers of PULMOZYME... that was created to help evaluate the needs of people with CF in order to better understand and address unmet needs. The questionaire deals with CF education, treatments, challenges etc.
I am getting it in a link so you all can fill it out - any help us CFer's can get is great.
