Hi, everyone. I am a graduate student at the University of Chicago. I would like to ask any volunteer with cystic fibrosis to fill out a questionnaire for a research project I am doing for my master's thesis. The goal of this project is to give people with cystic fibrosis the chance teach others about what it's like to live with CF.
