How often do you change the tube on your nebulizer? Just wondering because I may change it every 3 or 4 months...maybe longer. I always forget to ask my daughter's doctor when I should change it...thanks!!!
I change mine as often as I change the neb pieces. Roughly every 6 months. That's how long these specific neb pieces say to wait before bothering to change them.
I change mine at least once a month (for my regular neb). Every 6 months for Tobi and DNase. I wash my regular one out with hot water every day, Tobi and DNase each time. The tube stays on there for a month.
You guys are really thorough. I change mine about 4-6 months. I should wash it out more, I just have so many other flippin' things to do. My doc, in a pefect world, would like me to have a different one for everyday of the week. He wanted me to hang them up, and take down the one for the day. My mother just smiled and nodded.
