hi I am new to all this internet stuff. My 2 boys have cf one is7
the other one is 2. The 2 year old is on ivs at the mo and has a
portacath in but is having problems with it he is swelling up when
the drug is being given. This has happened twice is 2 days and has
had his needle changed on both times. This is also his second
portacath is less than a year as the first one didn't work at all.
I am worried for him as he also had a blood clot last year in his
supiour vena cava. Jen
