Climate...Does it really make a difference?

Hello all,
We live in northern MN and get the harsh -20/-30 junk in the winter and humid in the summer. Does climate affect any of you? We have considered moving to the Branson, MO area because we like it down there and the winers are so much nicer then here. Anyone from that area here? What have you noticed with you and the weather? Thanks, Kelly

I most definitely notice a difference. I live in Massachusetts, so we get the cold winters (in the teens and sometimes single digits) and we get VERY humid weather...especially right now. See it kinda sucks, because I do better in the winter (if I dont get sick), but I am less likely to get sick the summer, but I often feel worse.

The humid weather just makes it hard to breathe and it just makes me more tired all the time. I have never lived elsewhere, but typically when I vacation in hot areas, Florida, Bahamas I do worse. I prefer the winter most definitely.

Good luck with your decision!

I live in the country in England. I get mild hayfever and often find i'm chesty at home. Go to a city where you'd think pollution would be worse and i don't cough all the time i'm there.
We went to Greece last month and i hardly coughed at all and felt great, wether thats the dry heat ?? I always find i'm better abroad. Will have to move to the sun LOL!!!

We also live in Massachusetts and Malora does'nt like the heat. It really bothers her here. But come winter it does'nt bother her except all the bugs that go around in school. She will get sick more often in the winter then summer although last summer in July she was admitted for IV anti's.
