Clinic visits?

I was wondering, how many times a year you(the CFer) goes to clinic(Doctor). I was very sick toddler. As I got older my health has improved. I usually try to go twice a year. I have to travel 3 hours to see the CF Doctors. In the past few years I do alot over the phone with the CF nurses. I am very fortunate to be in good health. I owe it all to my husband and my parents.<img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">

My daughter goes to one c/f doc every four weeks and she goes to another one every three months (this one is about 100 miles from us). Not sure which one I like the best so that is why she is seeing two different c/f docs.

My docs say Adults should go to clinic every 3 months,
but I really don't like to go, so I just go every 6 months unless I'm getting sick,
or unless its a post hospital follow up, which is 6 weeks after discharge.

I travel 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get to my CF Clinic. Ever since I was a child I would ususally go every 3 months. But this past time the Adult clinic put me for 6 months even though my PFTs were down slightly (not that they are great to start with). I'm not sure why they did that. Guess I'll find out in June. Personally, I rather go every 3 months.

i go about once a month, when i was younger it was every 3 months but lately i've been going pretty much every 2 weeks
