My doc just decided we would do a medicated IUI this month. Today is the 4th day of my cycle, he wanted me to start the clomid tonight, but I just called the pharmacy and they won't have it until tomorrow. What is the latest any of you have started taking your clomid? I wish I could get ahold of him now, but he is already gone. Anyway any info would help. Thanks.

My doc has started me on day 5 before. It just stinks cuz your missing one day the medicine could be working to produce better follicules. But I don't think its gonna make a huge difference but maybe I'm wrong. Have you been on it before?

yes I have taken it before, it was always started on day 4. I took one early this morning, I am gonna take one late tonight, then take one late each night for the remaining days. I responded well on the last dose, 25mg, he put me on 50mg this time.

I think my doc. was afraid of multiples or somthing and didn't want me on it too long. Hope you have success this go around!!
