Dear e-Patients:
Health Care Community Discussion Groups are being held in homes and places of work all over the country.
Again, having CF, it is not advisable to physically congregate.
The issues we have here at CysticFibrosis.com are very unique to this category.
For these reasons, I've decided to give us a chance to join in the discussions here at CysticFibrosis.com.
I've put the background info in my blog Change.gov and we've created a category with the 7 questions. Please go to the category to answer the questions.
I know that we have discussed these questions and many of their facets for the past 12 years now.
I have ideas for what my answers are and I hope to blog about them.
I think the questions are great ones and I encourage you all to take part in the discussions.
I've asked one of the members to compile our answers.
One of the questions not on the list is to include appropriate personal stories in the response sent to the Transition Health Policy Team.
So whether we're talking about the problems of healthcare, choosing our clinics and providers, how we pay and where the money comes from and how the government needs to be involved...
We HAVE the stories!
Thanks,
Jeanne
