Creon and vomiting????????????

My 2 year old just started creon on monday. She has been doing fine all week but woke up vomiting in the middle of the night. She has only vomited one other time in her life due to a stomach virus. She also had a mild fever. Is this related to the creon or just a stomach bug??

I will call the doctor when they open but thought someone may be able to help....thanks!

I really doubt its the creon, unless she has a weird allergy you don't know about. Since the enzymes are porcine based, has she ever reacted to pork products??
