I use Colistin on alternating months with my Tobi. I use it via nebulizer. When its the month for colistin it gets nebulized twice daily. I use this at home. I have never had it in the hospital in any form.

I use Colistin also. Every other month. When I'm on a Colistin month, I take it twice a day by nebulizer (one when I wake up, one before bed). I've never had it in the hospital, only at home.
